When you call to make your appointment, the contact centre operator will advise you of waiting times and options. When you have located a convenient test centre, you will need to contact the department by telephoning 131 880 to make a booking for your test.If you wish to sit a test at a regional testing centre, the department will confirm these details with you. Please note: All tests (metropolitan and regional locations) will be administered by officers from the Department of Immigration and Citizenship.
